TERMS & CONDITIONS
• The number of visitors that can be accommodated on each tour is limited and places will be allocated on a "first come, first served" basis.
• Wheelchair visitors can be accommodated but some parts of the organ chambers and Hall are not fully accessible.
• Registration is required. Each visitor must provide his/her name, e-mail address, and cellphone number. These details, along with the date (from the list above) of the proposed visit, should be e-mailed to tours@acchos.org
• The tour donation is $20 per person. This goes directly to the Restoration Fund and is payable in cash or by check at the start of the tour. Students and children are admitted free. ACCHOS members are not obliged to pay.
• Visitors must check-in at the security desk inside the Hall's main lobby (accessed via the center doors) by 10 A.M. Visitors who anticipate being late should call the Tour Guide (on the number provided with the Tour Confirmation). For security reasons, late arrivals cannot join the tour once it has departed the main lobby.
• Each visitor will receive an ID tag which must be worn on the wrist at all times while in the Hall.
• Visitors should not bring large bags, backpacks, etc. on the tour. Such items are not permitted in the organ chambers and there is nowhere to store them securely.
• Visitors must stay with the Tour Guide and the rest of the group. It's easy to get lost - and hard to be found!
• The tour will last approximately two hours and involve a considerable amount of walking, climbing stairs, and maneuvering in tight spaces. Visitors are advised to wear shoes and clothes that are "comfortable". Please note that the Hall can be warm in the summer and cool in the winter if the heating/ventilation system is off.
• Photography is encouraged, so feel free to bring your camera.
